I stayed here for 21 days to improve my health conditions and getting some peace of mind. It was best decision. Regular yoga, pranayam, meditation, satvik food and such beautiful environment of mountains can start repairing any lifestyle health issues. There is a lot of improvement in myself and also lost 5kgs of excess weight. Rakesh ji and yoga guru Vikas ji are both very kind and supportive and were always available for resolve any issue or doubt I had. Most importantly, I learned way of life here in practical rather than just knowing it theoretically. It’s hard to implement changes without realising their benefits on your body and mind. I’m really thankful to gurus here for giving me this realisation and practice.

It was an amazing experience to stay at My New Yoga life. It was not just yoga or just diet or just meditation but a wholesome experience which teaches about how to lead one's life from morning till night. I learned so much from guruji and not only that i also lost some weight, approximately 4.5 kg. If you resolve to follow all the instructions religiously while staying there and stay positive then it won't be less than a miracle. Apart from all of that all other people around were so good and we became good friends too. All in all it was a very good learning experience and a happy stay there. What to expect here - 1) you will get to learn the basics of pranayama and have a good practice on it. 2) If you are a trekking novice, then you should definitely visit this place as there are a lot of small places to trek near by and long one’s like trekking to Rishīkesh. You will increase your stamina and also lose your excess weight. 3) Guruji here is very accommodating and you can ask him just about anything. If u r working from home then you have internet available here. The rooms and over all ambience is excellent when I visited here during March-April. We have lost 6 kilos by staying here for a month and learnt pranayama and did a lot of trekking.

It was very rejuvenating experience in the lap of nature.combination of pranayam and yoga with satvik food keeps the inmates at the centre mentally,physically and spiritually refresh and energetic throughout. Experience of the nature like walks in the woods,pure environment etc. added more to my stay at the homestay.Rakeshjis words of wisdom were in a very simple and easy language with our day to day examples of life.
