This place is very beautiful surrounded by Jungle and beautiful birds. Rakesh Ji & Rajveer are very gentle & very friendly by nature. I took 7 days course for Yoga & Meditation. 7 days at my new life in Jungle was very satisfying. I wish I could have stayed for few more days, leaving this place after a week was very disappointing but I will surely return back. My wife was suffering from insomnia, after a week course I can see some improvement in her sleep, with daily practice of yoga & meditation she will recover soon. I stayed at the Narendra nagar centre for 5 days. Pranamaya, Shatkaram, and yoga sessions were  conducted well. In addition, I went for morning and evening walks with Rajveer ji, one of the staff members. The food is basic, but the quality is good. The programme helped me to reduce my weight by 2.5kgs, and get into a good sleep routine.

My life in jungle एक रमणीक एवम दर्शनीय स्थल है,यहां का भोजन,आबो हवा, सुबह शाम की योग क्लासेज की वजह से सिर्फ चार दिन मै अढ़ाई किलो वजन कम हो गया।मुझे यकीन ही नहीं हो रहा कि मैं जिस वजन को कम करने के लिए पिछले  लगभग दो वर्ष से प्रयास रत था  वो श्री राकेश वत्स  योगाचार्य के द्वारा कराए गए योग  और प्राणायाम के कारण इतने कम समय मै कम हो गया।वत्स जी बहुत ही मधुर भाषी और इंटेलिजेंट योग गुरु हैं,जिनके कारण  मुझे स्वस्थ और चिंतामुक्त  रहने की  प्रेरणा मिली।भविष्य मै समय मिलते ही मैं सपरिवार फिर सात योग आश्रम मै आऊंगा।दोनो ही आश्रम बहुत सुंदर और पॉल्यूशन रहित हैं। मैं ईश्वर से प्रार्थना करता हूं की वत्स जी द्वारा संचालित  योग आश्रम दिन दूनी रात  चोगनी उन्नति  करे ताकि ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोगों का  मानसिक ,शारीरिक एवम आध्यात्मिक  भला हो सके।

We stayed at this place for a week. It's a very nice property located in the valley surrounded by green hills all around. A very peaceful place, away from the mading crowd. Rakesh ji, is a wonderful teacher of yogic practices which he makes it very simple and easy to do. The 2 hour sessions each in the morning and evening are very refreshing and rejuvenating both for physical and mental health. Highly recommended for those who want a break from hustle bustle of city life with no TV or WiFi to distract and a very simple but healthy food. No tea, coffee, smoking or drinking permitted.
