Daily Schedule

Nadi Parikshan (Morning)
40 minutes trekking
1 hour Pranayama and meditation
1 hour body detox
Breakfast (8:00 AM – 9:00 AM): Fruits or Juice
11:30 AM: Gathering for Health Counseling
Lunch (12:30 PM): Full Meal According to the Seasons
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Healing Sessions
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Asanas
Dinner (7:00 PM): Different Types of Dalias and Milk
Bonfire Gathering (8:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
